The exercise bike has an unstable base and, even on a non-slip mat, it moves while pedaling, wobbles, and when tightening the screw to increase resistance, the screw loosens; the shaft heats up from metal-on-metal friction so much that I “burned” myself when adjusting the position—the hand can’t be kept on the shaft. Pedal rotation isn’t smooth, also due to the shifting. Not suitable for rehabilitation; the uneven feedback is unpleasant for joints and lower back. A bad choice for me; I was swayed by the idea that it wouldn’t take up space and could be stored away. It doesn’t work as I expected.
I was attracted by the size for rehab activity and its compactness
