For my new Meta Quest 3 I bought this strap and assembled it right out of the box. I’ll never use the original strap again. I tried it only when testing a borrowed Meta Quest 2, and it’s the biggest weakness of an otherwise great VR.

very comfortable, MQ3 doesn’t press on the face fan with adjustable speed provides a pleasant breeze replaceable add-on battery nicely extends runtime

even with a wide adjustment range, it can’t be tightened enough on an 8-year-old’s head
