How to use:
Attach the silicone membrane to the plastic cover and make sure it fits securely. Place in a (nursing) bra so that the opening in the membrane faces the nipple. For greater comfort, a nursing bra is recommended. Recommendation: Do not feed the milk collected in the shell to the baby – discard it.
