Ingela Peterson Arrhenius, born in 1967, has always integrated art and design into her life. Before beginning her illustration career, she worked as an art director in Stockholm. She later studied advertising and graphic design at an art school in Stockholm and started working as a freelance illustrator in 1992. Internationally recognized, her work spans advertising, design, publishing, and illustration, including fabric prints, wallpapers, stationery, packaging, product design, home accessories, and toys. Ingela has a passion for retro style, typography, and color, which is evident in her creations. She currently lives in Stockholm with her husband and two sons.
