The Elegoo Mercury XS provides two modules: a washing station and a curing station, enabling comprehensive finishing of 3D models. The washing module effectively removes resin residues, ensuring the model is clean and ready for curing. The curing module uses UV light for the final hardening and stabilization of the print structure, streamlining the entire post-production process without requiring separate equipment.

Uniform Curing

The curing station features adjustable L-shaped lights and a 360° rotating platform to ensure full UV light coverage from all angles. Additionally, four LED lights positioned below the platform and a Fresnel lens emit light at a fixed wavelength of 405 nm for even curing of complex models.

Precision in Hard-to-Reach Areas

The set includes a handy UV lamp for curing interiors and corners of models, particularly useful for prints with intricate shapes. The lamp is also ideal for models needing curing post-assembly.

Efficient Cleaning of Large Models

The Elegoo Mercury XS boasts a remarkable 7,000 ml capacity in a sealed washing tank, allowing for easy cleaning of large models and smaller printed parts simultaneously. This spacious working area saves time and enhances the cleaning process’s efficiency, especially for larger projects. For models from the Saturn 4 and Jupiter series, it's necessary to remove the build platform before cleaning. For other models, check the maximum cleaning height to determine if the platform needs removal.

UV Protection and Automatic Shutdown

The transparent cover of the curing station blocks up to 99.9% of UV radiation, not only accelerating the curing process but also protecting the user’s eyes. Additionally, the safety system automatically shuts off UV exposure when the cover is removed, minimizing the risk of UV exposure.

Easy Control - All Under Control

The intuitive interface with a simple knob and button allows easy operation of both washing and curing functions. The working time can be set up to 30 minutes, fitting the needs of specific models. Simply hold the selector for 3 seconds to start the device and continue with processing swiftly.
