The rules of "Screaming Egg" are very simple. Setup begins by assembling the cage frame and placing the egg and chicken inside. Once the star of the show, the rubber squeaky chicken, is securely seated, you can begin. Each player rolls the die in turn: the player who rolls the highest number starts. They first spin the pointer on the dial, then act according to the symbol indicated—the colored fields on the dial tell the player how many times to press the chicken. Drawing the arrow ramps up the excitement—the player spins the pointer once more. Hitting X lets you breathe a sigh of relief—you don’t have to press the chicken this round.
With every additional press of the squeaking chicken, the tension rises! Who knows if the chicken won’t spring up right then and the egg won’t pop into the air?
