The halves of the fruit and vegetables can be weighed on a scale that’s an exact copy of supermarket scales, then placed on plates or mixed in the bowl. After the tasting is finished, the halves can be easily and instantly rejoined. How? All the food items have special hook-and-loop (Velcro) strips that allow repeated separating and joining.
