MBB BO 105 Helicopter Scale 1:90 - A licensed model made from metal with plastic components. The BO 105 helicopter was the first lightweight helicopter in the world equipped with a rigid main rotor, two engines, dual hydraulics, and dual electric drives. This innovation made aerobatic maneuvers with a helicopter possible. To this day, the BO 105 is the only helicopter capable of performing "real" aerobatics with nearly all the maneuvers known from fixed-wing aircraft. The first flight took place in February 1967. Currently, the BO 105 flies in over 35 countries worldwide in civilian, paramilitary, and military versions. Today, the helicopter also powers the fleet of The Flying Bulls, a team of pilots and technicians who founded the company of the same name in 1999. Since then, the technically and visually superb Flying Bulls aircraft have been welcome participants in air shows and attractions at various aviation events, including in Poland, where the famed pilot Felix Baumgartner is usually at the controls of the BO 105.
