Canpol babies storage containers with lids are a practical addition to every mom’s kit. They were specially designed to enable convenient storage of meals, expressed milk, or other liquids. Each container holds 180 ml, and the pack includes 4 pieces. The containers are intended for storing food in the refrigerator or freezer. They help maintain the highest quality of stored food for longer. They are made of food-contact-safe material. Thanks to their features, they are indispensable helpers for every mom: The containers can be stably stacked thanks to the special lid profile. A tight screw-on lid prevents leaks even if the container is tilted. The lid can also be used as a base for stable placement of the container. The containers feature a volume scale. Using the adapter included with the EasyStart electric and manual breast pumps, the container can be screwed directly onto these pumps. The containers can be used to store milk, soups, porridges, fruit and vegetable meals.
1. How to use the food storage containers? Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the containers. Before first and each subsequent use, wash them thoroughly in warm water with a mild detergent, rinse well, and scald with boiling water. Do not use sharp or abrasive cleaners that could scratch the surface. Before expressing milk, write the date on the container lid with a marker. Use the milk with the oldest date first. Warning! To maintain a sterile environment, do not touch the inner walls of the container. Pour the food into the open container. Do not exceed the marked 180 ml capacity. Screw on the lid and close the container.
2. How to store expressed milk? Freeze only freshly expressed milk. Never fill the container to the brim. We recommend filling only up to 3/4 of the total capacity, as contents expand during freezing. Shake milk before serving to mix in the separated fat. Use thawed milk within 24 hours and keep it refrigerated during that time. To avoid waste, freeze milk in smaller portions—you never know exactly how much your baby will drink. Freezer storage is practical and safe, but remember your baby’s needs change quickly. As the mother’s body adapts to the baby’s needs, the composition of breast milk changes too. Milk expressed a month or half a year ago may no longer meet the needs of an older baby. Nutrition experts recommend using expressed milk within a maximum of two months. At room temperature, milk can be kept for up to 12 hours. Before feeding, warm milk to body temperature (no more than 37°C). Do not reuse leftover milk.
3. How to thaw milk? Thaw frozen milk overnight in the refrigerator, then warm it in a bottle warmer or hot water. Thaw slowly in a natural way like other foods—never use a microwave. Microwaving can change the structure of the milk and destroy valuable nutrients. Shake the milk to mix in the separated fat. Thaw frozen milk overnight in the refrigerator and then warm it in a warmer or hot water. Thaw slowly and never use a microwave; it can alter the milk’s structure and reduce its nutritional value. Shake to mix the separated fat.

Deep freeze (−18°C to −20°C): 6 months. Thawed milk — Never store at room temperature; keep in refrigerator and use within 24 h. Never refreeze thawed milk.
