After use, remove any food residue from the teat, rinse, wash, and then sterilize in a steam/electric sterilizer or in boiling water. We do not recommend washing the teat in a dishwasher, as the detergents used may damage the product. Do not use any chemical disinfectants! Check the teat’s condition before each use. Pay increased attention to the teat after the child’s first teeth appear. Test the teat thoroughly by pulling it in all directions. At the first signs of damage, discard the teat immediately and do not use it further. Do not tighten the cap with the teat too firmly—this may prevent proper ventilation. Check that the food does not leak from under the screw cap. Do not pierce or enlarge the teat holes—you may destroy it. Do not leave the teat in direct sunlight, near a heat source, or in sterilizing solutions longer than recommended, as this may weaken the teat. For hygiene and safety reasons, we recommend replacing the teat after 2 months. Fruit juices and teas may cause discoloration of the teat; however, this does not affect its properties.Warning! Important for your child’s health and safety!Use only under the direct supervision of an adult. Never use the teat as a pacifier. Prolonged and continuous sucking of liquids can cause damage to the child’s tooth enamel. Always check the temperature of the food being served. This product is not a toy.
