You assemble the puzzle directly on the mat, and when it’s time to tidy up, screw together the two parts of the plastic tube and roll the mat with the puzzle around it. Then fasten it tightly with the included straps and store it safely under the bed or on a wardrobe. The SCHMIDT puzzle mat has the advantage of having pre-printed outlines for SCHMIDT puzzles (500–3000 pieces), so you can precisely place the puzzle when building the edges. Note: You can of course use the SCHMIDT roll-up mat for puzzles from other brands, as long as their size does not exceed the mat’s dimensions; allow for an appropriate margin.
